First and foremost, you must read and accept the terms listed in my T.O.S.

Please note that I am a slow artist due to school/work other projects, personal obligations, and my personal health. Those will always be my top priority.

If you have an issue with my terms, then I suggest you not commission me.

Please understand and take into consideration, I do NOT work with a TAT/deadline. This is due to many personal factors such as: mental health, school, and/or work. I cannot guarantee a specific TAT/deadline. If this is an issue, I suggest you not commission me.

First and foremost, by commissioning you already agree to my T.O.S. and by doing so if you break any of my Terms you are subject to be blacklisted.

I have the right to refuse and/or cancel your commission should you fail to follow these terms.

My schedule will change based on work and school.

You must be at least 20 years of age to order/request a commission. I’ve had too many issues with people under the age of 21, but the cut off is 20.

I do NOT work with blank accounts, accounts made less than one year, minors.

My art is NOT to be used as NFTs (Non-Fungible Tokens) or anything to do with A.I.

Using my art (commissions/gifts, personal, fanarts) as NFTs (Non-Fungible Tokens) or AI will result in immediate blacklisting and a Beware post.

Do NOT remove my watermark or signature for any reason. I also have a hidden watermark on every piece.

Do NOT edit, trace, copy, modify my art and OCs.

Do NOT* re-upload my art onto other sites WITHOUT proper credit (DraconemSoul, DraconemSoul Art, or Neveah Sin).

My art and OCs are NOT free to use for role-play, editing/tracing, and face claiming. Only clients who purchase commissions (or are gifted or traded art) of their character may upload the art to a role-play site, WITH PROPER CREDIT.

If you like a pose I do for a commission/YCH feel free to use (no tracing, referencing is fine). I don’t gatekeep poses nor do I care if the pose is ‘closely’ similar to mine.

By commissioning me, you’re paying for my services as an artist ONLY.

I reserve the right to refuse any client or commission for any reason.

I reserve the right to refund the amount of a commission based on the work done should the commission be canceled by either myself or the client. (See payments and refunds.)

I reserve the right to use any works done as commissions for my own portfolio/gallery, unless otherwise discussed.

I reserve the right to retain any assets rejected by the client, for future use as I see fit. Assets: sketch poses, designs, etc.

NOTICE: Apparently due to some information about Paypal now banning artists who used invoices (NSFW & SFW Artists), please do NOT write anything about purchasing art from me; like feed back. This will apparently NOT ONLY affect my account, this will also affect the customer’s account.

Payments will be done through Paypal, Ko-fi links, or Cashapp. I will not be sending my email for payment.

When using Paypal I will ONLY be using invoices for commissions. I will NOT be giving out my email or using a paypal link because some people will try and bypass fees by sending money through Friends & Family. DO NOT EVER DO THIS! You can get both yours and the artist's accounts removed and it is TAX FRAUD.

Payments through Ko-fi will be through my ko-fi link. You don’t need to write what the payment is for just whatever name you used when placing the order (username, artsona name, etc).

Payments done through Cashapp, simply send payment and in the “For” part simply put your name or username (the account name you commissioned me from.)

All payment is in USD.

Payments are done in full and upfront, unless a split payment is discussed.

For payments up front, if payment isn’t sent before 48 hours the commission will automatically be canceled. I will NOT hunt any client down for payment. | For payment plans, normally 50% is paid up front and the rest before completion.

Multiple payment plans are up for discussion.

The client will only receive the commission art after final payment. If final payment is never sent, the first half is NON-REFUNDABLE. - These are to ensure I don’t get scammed for my time and work.

Refunds will be done based on how much work has already been done on the commission: Sketch = 80% | Flat Color = 60% | Shading = 30-50% (this depends on how far into the shading I am) | Completed = 0%

I do NOT do full refunds UNLESS I feel I cannot complete the commission.

Charge backs will result in immediate blacklisting and a beware post.

I am NOT responsible for any issues or mistakes on the client’s side of the transaction.

Any kind of rushing will result in an additional $30 that can be added on at any time.

If you wish to have a commission pushed higher in my To-Do List is an additional $50 on top of the final commission price.

Any major changes after the initial approval of the sketch will result in an additional $10-$30.

Extra costs/charges can be added at ANYTIME to the initial price before or after original payment. It can be added to the initial price during discussion, before payment. It can be added to the initial price after payment if you did NOT specify details in the initial discussion.

Again, as stated above, I do NOT work with TAT/deadlines due to work, school, and other personal reasons.

I reserve the right to refuse any commission for any reason.

I will NOT do commissions with anyone under the age of 20, blank accounts, or accounts that have been made under a year.

Commissions will be done in order they are received and will be listed in order on my Queue page.

Once I begin working on the commission you will receive progress shots.

Changes are ONLY allowed in the sketch process. Any major changes made after the initial and final approval of the commission will result in additional fee(s)

All commissions are digital. You will not receive a physical copy.

All commissions will be watermarked to prevent theft, clients will receive the unwatermarked version.

I will NOT take commissions for any individual on my blacklist. This includes: commissioning on their behalf (purchasing as a gift), commissioning friend pieces that include a design they currently own. If its a design they created but are not the current owner of then this is fine.

My YCH are NEVER to be traced, edited, or modified.

Client must send a reference sheet of your character, preferably one that isn’t fully shaded or at least has a flat colored version. If you only have a reference sheet that is fully shaded, I will do my best with this.

Reference sheets with color palettes are preferred, if you don’t have one, I’ll do my best.

FOR NSFW COMMISSIONS: Same guidelines as for regular commissions.

FOR NSFW COMMISSIONS: New clients must provide some proof that you are over the age of at least 18. This means having a passport or government issued ID/Drivers License. Having a photo of the passport or government issued ID/Drivers License either next to a piece of paper with your username or name you go by online, or having the passport or government issued ID/Drivers License in a photo with you. - PLEASE NOTE: I WILL NEVER GIVE OUT OR KEEP ANY PERSONAL REAL LIFE INFORMATION. THIS IS SIMPLY TO PROTECT MYSELF FROM ACCIDENTALLY COMPLETING A COMMISSION FOR A MINOR. THAT IS ALL. This will only need to be done ONCE for the first time a client commissions me for NSFW only. If this is an issue, DO NOT commission me. I will not accept NSFW commissions or YCH from someone I don’t actually know isn’t a minor. Should the ID/passport not match the name on paypal or cashapp, the commission will be denied unless otherwise proven.

Custom designs fall under both commission and Premade Designs guidelines.

Singular adopts (Premade designs) will be sold through Ko-Fi at a set price and will be posted in Toyhouse.

Auction adoptables will be held on all other socials: Deviantart, Furaffinity, Facebook (art page and account), etc.

Payments are in USD through Paypal or Cashapp

For auction adoptables, you must have money ready. I no longer allow holds longer than a week.

Custom designs will be paid through Paypal Invoice, Ko-Fi link, or Cashapp. (see Payments and Refunds for more info on these)

Clients purchasing adoptables through Ko-Fi will receive design, reference sheet/color palette, and a transparent background.

Clients can contact me through toyhouse once they purchase a design through ko-fi.

Once a design is purchased, the client may make some changes to the design as long as the overall design remains the same. Client may change the hairstyle, clothing style, add piercings, body markings, tattoos. You don’t need to ask permission.

Major changes that would change the overall designs aren’t allowed. Otherwise ask if you are unsure. Things like hair color, skin color, etc.

Clients are allowed to change the species and/or gender. (Example: Designs with dragon features like horns and tail can be changed to demon.)

When crediting me for design creation, I only ask for proper credit on Toyhouse (tagging my account as creator/designer) and credit on first publicly posting the design. Otherwise you don't need to credit me for the design every time you post it.

Clients may resell, trade, and gift designs.

When reselling designs you can only resell for the original purchase price, UNLESS you have purchased or made extra art.

When trading or gifting designs, that design can NEVER be resold unless new art is purchased or made for it.

My designs are to NEVER be purchased for, resold to, traded to, or gifted to anyone on my blacklist. Doing so will land you on the blacklist. As of the update date at the top of the page.

My bases are sold through Ko-Fi.

My bases are to NEVER be resold, traded, or given away for free. My bases are only accessible by purchase through Ko-Fi.

You may NOT take credit for my bases. I am to be credited every time one of my bases is used.

You may NOT purchase my bases on behalf of someone else. You may share my ko-fi link to them and they can purchase it themselves.

Pay to Use Bases are for: Personal, Commissions, Gift Art, YCH, Adopts.

Free to Use Bases are for: Personal, Adoptables, and Gift Art.

If you’re going to add things to my base that was created by another artist, PLEASE give proper credit.

You are free to alter lines to fit your style. However, this does NOT mean you don’t have to credit me or take credit for my bases. Doing so will result in blacklisting and a beware post.

Individuals on my blacklist are banned from owning or receiving any bases I make as of the updated date at the top of the page.

Individuals on my blacklist are blacklisted because they have either caused myself and other artists issues, personal reasons, breaking terms of services, being a scammer/art or character thief, using or supporting Ai, having disgusting beliefs or behavior.

Please do NOT witch hunt or start shit with these people on the list.

Do NOT start drama with me over who is blacklisted and why. These people are listed for reasons.

Once listed, the individual is there permanently.

Individuals on this list are banned from purchasing my art, designs, or bases.

As stated above: You may NOT purchase any art or designs on behalf of individuals on this list.

If I find out you managed or tried to purchase commissions, bases, or designs you will be blacklisted as well.

If any of the Terms of Services listed above are broken/disregarded, YOU will be blacklisted.
